Quotations provided by the Company are estimates only and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A formal Agreement is formed only when both parties have signed written confirmation or when Services commence with written authorization from the Client.
Payment terms will be specified in the project-specific Agreement and may include:
Invoices are due for payment within 30 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. Late payment may result in suspension of Services and interest charges in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

The Company's total liability for any claim related to Services is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for those Services.

The Company and Client agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business information, technical specifications, and commercial terms shared during the course of the project, except where disclosure is required by law.
The Company complies with all UK health and safety regulations including the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. The Client is responsible for providing a safe working environment, communicating site-specific hazards, and ensuring other contractors do not interfere with the Company's work.
Any variations or additional work requested by the Client must be agreed in writing and may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments. The Company will provide a written quotation for variation work before proceeding.
Either party may terminate the Agreement with written notice if:
Upon termination, the Client shall pay for all work completed and materials purchased up to the date of termination.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be addressed through good faith discussion between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, parties agree to attempt mediation through a mutually agreed mediator before pursuing legal action.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
